Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use lumtrove.com or buy from us. Lumtrove is operated by Chenhao Li, an individual seller.
1. What you buy
You purchase the AI-generated illustration package shown at checkout, created from the images you upload. Each portrait is an AI-generated illustration, not a photograph. It is a creative interpretation and may not match every detail exactly, so results will vary.
2. Ordering and payment
Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment by email link. Each portrait is checked by a person before it is sent. If we are delayed, your order page will show the latest status.
4. Your uploads
- You confirm you have the right to use both images and permission from anyone shown.
- You must be 18 or older. You may upload photos of yourself, or of another adult and their pet, but only if you have that person's permission. Nobody under 18 may appear in your photos. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, or sexual. We may refuse or cancel such orders with a refund.
- You keep ownership of your images. You give us a limited licence to use them only to make and deliver your portrait.
5. Your portrait
Your portrait is for personal use and gifting only, such as printing, giving it as a gift, and sharing it on your personal social media. Commercial use (including resale or use in products for sale) is not permitted.

7. Limits
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Governing law
Lumtrove is operated by an individual seller. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
