Will my photos work?
Before you pay, your photos are checked automatically so you know they'll work. If the check can't run, our team reviews your order by hand.
What photos do I need?
One clear selfie and one clear photo of your pet. They don't need to be in the same photo. Good light, face visible, no heavy filters. The photos can be of you, or of another adult and their pet if you have their permission. Everyone in the photos, and you, must be 18 or older.
Is this AI-generated?
Yes. All Lumtrove portraits are AI-generated illustrations.
How much does it cost, and when do I pay?
$29 for 3 portraits in 3 styles. You pay at checkout, and we start right after.
Can I make one as a gift?
Yes. Tick “It's a gift” to get a free printable PDF card. Everything is emailed to you, so you choose when to share it.
Is my photo private?
Before you pay, your uploaded photos are automatically screened by an AI model running on our hosting provider (Cloudflare). They're deleted 30 days after your order.
